Parking Instructions
The closest parking garage to the Majestic and Empire Theatres is the Mid-City/ Houston Street parking garage located on the corner of College Street and Navarro, across from La Mansion Hotel. Another convenient parking location is the St. Mary’s Street garage, which is located at 400 N. St. Mary’s between Pecan and Travis streets.

Traveling South on Hwy. 281 (from Airport)
Take the Commerce Street exit. Turn right on Commerce Street. Make a right on Navarro Street. Make a left on College Street. The Mid-City parking garage will be on the immediate right.

SPONSORS/ TABLE PURCHASERS: Show sponsors and their guests will be seated on the floor level at sponsor tables. Please give your sponsor or table affiliation to an usher upon your arrival and you will be shown to your table.
INDIVIDUAL REGISTRANTS: If you purchased an individual registration and are not a sponsor or a sponsor’s guest, please proceed to the 2nd floor mezzanine where you will find a great selection of open seating.
FRIENDS & FAMILY (NON-CLE ATTENDEES): Friends and family members of the cast and crew and who do not need CLE or CPE credit are invited to purchase a deeply discounted $20 ticket to sit in the balcony. You may purchase those tickets online or pay at the door. Cash only, please. Upon your arrival you will be given directions on how to proceed to the balcony where you will find a generous amount of open balcony seating.

BAR/ INTERMISSION/ RECEPTION:
Complimentary light snacks, water and soft drinks will be provided during the intermissions at both performances.
A Full-Service Cash Bar will be offered at the October 27th performance. Beverages include wine, beer, soft drinks, mixed drinks, champagne, margaritas, coffee, juice and water.
A fully catered, free cocktail reception with heavy appetizers, sponsored by Frost Bank, will follow the October 27th show. All regular priced registrants are invited. The reception will take place just a short walk from the theater (in the direction of the Mid City Parking Garage) at Metro Upscale Lounge, which is located at 229 E. Houston Street, between Bohanan’s and The Palm.
